Avoid this place if you care about your vehicle. They damaged my vehicle by chipping and scratching the paint. The lady I spoke to on the phone immediately denied damage as well as the manager when I spoke to him in person. It was chipped when they were leaning into my car to either vacuum, pull out my mats, or wipe my back window. It was something in their pockets or something on their clothing. The manager is all of a sudden a claims adjuster and said this didn’t happen here and someone tried to pry my car door open with a screwdriver to steal it. I have a Dodge Challenger RT+ Shaker. Mind you, there’s no dents to support an attempted pry only chipped and scratched paint. As well, car thieves break windows. They don’t try and pry the door open with a screw driver. The manager denied and denied. I asked to speak to the owner and the manager refused to give me the contact information and told me to call the police, which I did. Even the officer responding confirmed, car thieves wouldn’t have tried to pry the door open. He gave me a case number and told me my only recourse was small claims court.

Yesterday afternoon, I went to that place because a friend had highly recommended it to me. However—as you can see in the photos—the dashboard was dusty; they didn't clean the doors or vacuum the floor. When they handed the car back to me, I told the person delivering it that the vehicle wasn't how I had expected it to be—it wasn't clean, and they hadn't even vacuumed the seats. At that point, the gentleman vacuumed it a little more, but I was disappointed; after all, I had paid for the "Ultimate" package.

If I could give this car wash 0 stars I would I paid for an ultimate wash and got none of the services that came with it. I had to have them come back to clean the inside of my car and clean my windows. The guy threw me the towel and told me to wash it myself which I did. I had to leave there and clean my windows and radio screen myself. This used to be one of the best car washes in the Twin Cities to becoming the worse. The price I paid for my wash I could have went to Holiday and gotten a way better wash. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN

Not only did they put a 2ft scratch on my car but charged 7$ per rug to basically spray them off. Car wash itself was 36$ inside and out and the rugs were 28$ still tipped them and then the scratch the heck out of my fiancés car. I left info for the manager or owner to call me and nothing! This place is absolutely trash.

This is the only car wash I go now. They staff is fast and efficient. Prices are unbeatable. $39 for outside and inside wash! My only complaint is that they are so popular, there is a wait time. But again- these people know what they are doing and move those cars out fast and super clean.
